Questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from your billing settings, in a couple of clicks. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and after that you're back on the Free plan. Your invoices and customers stay put.
What's actually limited on the free plan?
Not how much you invoice. Free covers unlimited invoices to unlimited customers, emailed with the PDF attached. Pro adds the parts that get you paid faster: a live page clients pay by card from, reminders that chase late invoices on their own, recurring invoices, all eight templates, and your logo and brand color.
How do online payments work?
You connect your own Stripe or Square account, whichever you already use. Your clients pay by card straight from the invoice link, and the money goes directly to you. Pmnts never holds your funds.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Every invoice arrives as a PDF attached to an email, and on Pro it also carries a link to a live page where they can pay by card. Nothing for them to sign up for either way.
How is the subscription billed?
Through Stripe, monthly or yearly, whichever you pick. The yearly plan is $90 — the price of ten months, so two months free.
